Please note that the standard membership is a non-instructor led Programme and gives access to the Programme & FIERCE Facebook Group only.  However the programme runs completely independently of any social media, so this is completely optional. For a more personal experience, then it is recommended that you upgrade to the GOLD Membership, this gives access to 2 group zoom calls per month with Rachel, where you can discuss your personal situation, ask questions and learn from other Gold members.
