This will help you know what it is exactly you’re working toward and allow you to parent in the present moment and work with what is actually going on,. For when we have expectations for a situation that are not being met, this is where ALL stress lives.

Personal growth is an arduous – but exhilarating – task.
A lot of what I teach is about trusting our inner visions and intentions because the results we’re aiming for are not instant, they take time and energy. But, oh, what results we achieve!
Presence...authenticity...being truly here in the moment, how much richer would your life experience be if you were truly present with your children? To be truly present is to give the gift of you.
